IUNORA Private Office · Zurich

The art of trusted introductions.

IUNORA facilitates discreet introductions between owners, investors and strategic partners in real estate, hospitality and selected private business opportunities across Switzerland and Europe.

Opportunity is rarely the scarce asset. Trust, relevance and timing are.

IUNORA is a Zurich-based private office. We work with owners, sellers, investors and their advisers who value a careful, confidential approach, drawing on a trusted network of partners across Switzerland and Europe. We are not an open marketplace: every conversation begins with context, qualification and discretion.

Our role is to connect relevant parties. Any further involvement is agreed separately.

What we do

  • 01

    Opportunity Origination

We consider situations such as an owner exploring a discreet sale, a hospitality operator seeking a suitable property, or an owner planning succession — directly, or with an authorised partner or intermediary.

  • 02

    Qualified Introductions

We connect relevant parties when an investor has defined acquisition criteria or an owner and strategic partner have a credible basis for discussion.

  • 03

    Cross-Border Facilitation

We establish the initial context for relevant conversations across markets, cultures and professional networks.

Selected areas of focus

  • Real Estate & Hospitality

Real estate and hospitality conversations, including discreet sales, acquisition criteria and operators seeking suitable properties.

  • Private Businesses & Special Situations

Selected private businesses and succession situations where a targeted introduction may be more appropriate than a public process.

  • Capital & Strategic Partnerships

Professional collaboration where an adviser, owner or strategic operator is seeking a relevant introduction.

Our involvement and scope are defined separately for each engagement and, where appropriate, documented through a written mandate.

A considered process

  1. 01

    Listen

We begin by understanding the opportunity, the parties involved and the intended outcome.

  2. 02

    Qualify

We assess relevance, authority, expectations and the information required for a credible first conversation.

  3. 03

    Align

We consider strategic fit, confidentiality and whether the interests of the parties are sufficiently aligned.

  4. 04

    Introduce

Where appropriate, we create a direct and carefully positioned introduction. Any further involvement is agreed separately.

The IUNORA Standard

Every introduction carries someone’s trust.

Our role is to create the right conversation—not to become the centre of it. We approach each introduction with consideration for the opportunity, the people evaluating it, and the relationships that made it possible.

  1. For owners and their representatives

    The opportunity

Your opportunity deserves context, not unnecessary exposure. We clarify what may be shared, with whom and at which stage, and seek introductions that fit your circumstances and objectives.

  2. For investors, buyers and strategic partners

    The decision

Your time and judgement deserve respect. We focus on relevance, communicate the scope of our involvement, and recognise that interest is not a commitment. Each party remains free to assess an opportunity independently.

  3. For introducing partners and professional advisers

    The relationship

The relationship behind an introduction matters. We acknowledge its origin, respect existing connections, and clarify roles and the basis of collaboration before moving forward.

An introduction can be declined. The relationship should still be respected.

Some opportunities should never begin with a public listing.

Tell us briefly which of these describes you, and we will know how to direct the conversation.
